Distinguished political strategist Luis Miranda confirmed his participation at CODA’s 10th Annual Conference to take place on Sunday, February 21, 2010 from 8 am to 4 pm at the Rutgers School of Law in Newark, NJ.

Miranda will present at “Positioning for Empowerment,” a panel highlighting the current positioning and political participation of Dominicans and Latinos in the State of New Jersey and across major urban centers in the United States.

Miranda is the founder and co-publisher of the Manhattan Times, the bilingual newspaper of Washington Heights and Inwood.
